SCHOLARSHIP AND GRANT
Marty attended SDSU and earned his degree in Health, Physical Education, and Recreation in 2007. From the beginning it was clear that he had found his calling as a teacher and coach. At the end of the day, it is what he really wanted to spend his life doing. He was blessed with one significant and memorable school year teaching and coaching at Deuel High School in Clear Lake, South Dakota. He touched many lives in this short time. He dreamed of eventually returning home to Watertown High School. To honor this dream and his passion for teaching and coaching, his wife and family quickly established two programs that will benefit students and educators from his alma mater at WHS through the Arrow Education Foundation. www.arrowfoundation.org
