THE BIG EVENT
Without question, he walks among us. This year, we will continue our quest to consider others first like he did. Just like Marty would have, we plan to live life to the fullest. How would he want us to celebrate his life? Well, first he’d want us not to fuss about him, but then he would probably want us to be out with Sadie, scaring up some roosters; he would want us to be together: Living, Laughing, Loving, enjoying each other over some beers, grilling some steaks, and dancing to good music. With the goal to raise money for Marty’s Annual Scholarship and Grant, we will join together on October 23rd, 2010 to celebrate the man that we all learned to love.
Marty’s Pheasant Hunt 2010
This memorable hunting experience will take place on October 23rd, 2010. The event will include your limit in birds with guides and dogs provided, lunch, bird cleaning, and admission to Marty’s Barn Dance and Steak Dinner the same evening at the Kranz Farm. This hunt is an amazing opportunity to honor Marty by doing what he loved. This event will be fun and humbling, honoring Marty by taking part in one of his greatest passions in life. Marty’s Barn Dance and Steak Dinner
Maybe you were with Marty and Stefanie for their amazing wedding in the summer of 2007. Maybe you were part of the great crowd that was able to join us last fall and helped make the first fundraiser a huge success. Maybe you were at the farm for the rehearsal dinner. Maybe you’ve been in the old hay barn that Marty spent a summer cleaning and repairing for his bride. Or maybe you just like live music, dancing or a good steak dinner. Either way, we’re throwing a Marty Style Party befitting of the big man himself.
On the evening of October 23rd, 2010, there will be a steak dinner at the Kranz farm. The event will be followed with a live concert by Greg Hanson and a night of dancing. www.greghanson.com. All proceeds from the fundraising event go to the Marty Kranz Annual Scholarship and Innovation Grant Fund at the Arrow Education Foundation.
